About ToolPickr
ToolPickr publishes independent software rankings for the businesses the big review portals cover only superficially: small hotels, B&Bs, vacation rentals and service companies like cleaning firms.
We come from the hospitality and small-business world, not from software marketing. That means we know which features matter on a busy Saturday and which ones are just brochure filler. Every ranking is built from in-depth research — and hands-on trials where we can — following a clear methodology. Where a score rests on research rather than a full hands-on setup, we say so.
We keep the site sustainable through affiliate partnerships, disclosed openly. They fund the work but never decide the rankings.
Who writes ToolPickr
Sašo Radović is the founder of HotelChrono, a hotel-data service, and a small-business consultant. He researches the software that independent hotels, rentals and service firms actually rely on, and ranks it independently — with no vendor influence. Where a score rests on research rather than a full hands-on setup, ToolPickr says so.

Our corrections policy
Software changes constantly. If you spot a price, feature or claim that’s wrong or out of date, email us and we’ll verify and update the guide — with the change reflected in its “last updated” date. Accuracy matters more to us than being first.
