Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
ToolPickr(“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU GDPR. Questions? Email hello@toolpickr.com.
Who is responsible for your data
ToolPickr is operated by Divil d.o.o., Glinškova ulica 9, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (EU) — company reg. no. 9085343000, VAT SI81162065. Divil d.o.o. is the data controller for personal data processed through this site. You can reach us at hello@toolpickr.com.
What we collect
- Your email address — only if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or request our free guide. We use it to send the guide and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Basic technical logs — like most websites, our host records standard request data (e.g. IP address, browser type) to keep the site secure and reliable.
We do not sell your data, and we do not run invasive advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel) and, if you subscribe, our email provider (Resend). They only process data to provide their service to us.
Affiliate links
Some links on ToolPickr are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure. Clicking an affiliate link may set a cookie on the destination site under their own privacy policy.
Legal basis & how long we keep it
We process your email on the basis of your consent (newsletter/guide), and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; server logs are retained only for a short period by our host. Some of our providers (e.g. Vercel, Resend) may process data on servers outside the EU, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email hello@toolpickr.comand we’ll respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Slovenia, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
